Ashutosh Mishra is the Founder and Managing Partner of Nyaayam Associates. Ashutosh possesses extensive litigation expertise and has worked as an understudy to one of Mumbai’s preeminent criminal lawyers on several high-profile cases.
He has a keen interest in political affairs and has engaged with several reputed personalities throughout his career. He has worked with the Deputy Chief Minister of India’s largest province, Uttar Pradesh.
Ashutosh holds a Bachelor’s in Law from the University of Mumbai and has read for Master’s in Law at the Amity University, Noida. He was selected to participate in a uniquely conceived Postgraduate Programme on Leadership, Politics, and Governance. He aims to grow Nyaayam Associates with his strong foothold in multiple facets of law & public policy.

Milan Hebballi is a Senior Partner at Nyaayam Partners and Associates and has extensive experience in the sphere of Litigation, White Collar Crimes and Real Estate. With over a decade of remarkable experience in handling complex high-profile matters, he has been recognized with several accolades and distinctions over the years.
Milan’s professional journey began in the Chambers of Senior Counsel Shri. Aabad H. Ponda at “Ponda Advocates” in 2014. He argued his maiden brief before Justice Smt. Revati Mohite Dere during the initial years of his career with his exceptional legal skills and court craft. He currently practices at the Bombay High Court including other benches of the High Court and lower courts.
Having combined expertise in the field of in White Collar Crimes, Milan has also represented his clients at various regulatory authorities. He has dealt with several high-profile national clients, foreign corporations, high net-worth individuals, and real estate magnates and plans to expand his portfolio of practices with Nyaayam Associates.

Ashish is a Senior Partner at Nyaayam Associates and plays a pivotal role in leading the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice. With over a decade of experience, he has appeared before the Bombay High Court, Delhi High Court, trial courts across jurisdictions, as well as the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
Ashish holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Mumbai. He began his professional journey under the mentorship of two of India’s leading Senior Advocates, Mr. Aabad Ponda (Mumbai) and Mr. Siddharth Aggarwal (Delhi). His early exposure to high-stakes litigation laid the foundation for his extensive expertise across a wide range of legal matters.
He has developed deep proficiency in general civil litigation, white collar crimes, and blue collar crimes. Over the years, Ashish has advised and represented individual and corporate clients in regulatory proceedings, criminal trials, and complex commercial disputes. His strategic approach and courtroom acumen make him a trusted advisor and counsel in contentious matters.

Ishan is a Partner (Head – Capital Market, Private Equity and Dispute Resolution) at Nyaayam Associates and has expertise in the sphere of Securities Laws, Inbound/Outbound Investment structures and strategies, Corporate Advisory, Commercial Litigation, Private Equity and Banking & Finance. Ishan completed his Bachelor’s in Law from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur and began his professional journey with Bharucha & Partners.
Ishan has advised HNIs, corporates, NBFCs and investment banks on a broad range of domestic transactions, including share transfer, offerings and private placements. In addition to working towards the financial regulatory and securities laws, he regularly appears before various forums like the Securities Appellate Tribunal, Supreme Court, High Courts, NGT, NCLT, Electricity Commission, and arbitral tribunals.

He has significant experience in High Court Testamentary Matters, Succession, Probate, and Family Law, including Divorce and Maintenance Cases. During his tenure with Advocate Sudeep Pasbola, Vice Chairman of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, and Advocate Vishal B. Thadani, Assistant Government Pleader at the High Court (Writ Cell), Divakar gained valuable insights into critical areas such as the IPC, IBC, Environmental Law, and Constitutional Matters. His Clerkship under Justice A.K. Menon at the Bombay High Court further deepened his understanding of the legal system.

During his professional tenure, Pankaj served as a Refugee Status Determination Assistant for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in New Delhi, India. He has assisted in the development and maintenance of processes designed to ensure that persons of concern, government authorities, and partners have access to accurate information regarding RSD procedures, including UNHCR standards, policy and practice. He was also employed by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Tanzania in the capacity of Resettlement Expert. The experience of having worked with the United Nations has equipped Pankaj with specialist drafting skills, monitoring and evaluation, negotiation skills, and conflict management skills.

Ltd. and Vodafone Pvt Ltd. where her work profile was majorly focused on handling their pan-India disputes. She has a wealth of knowledge in the intricacies of business agreements, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliances.
